六、我國參加國際組織概況

截至95年止，我參與之非政府間國際組織（INGO）已達2,157個，其總數及分類別，請參考下表。95年間我新加入之INGO計有（1）「台灣碳排放交易推廣協會」加入「國際排放交易協會(International Emission Trading Association, IETA)」；（2）「台灣區麵粉工業同業公會」加入「國際穀類暨技術協會(International Association for Cereal Science and Technology, ICC)」；（3）「財團法人伊甸社會福利基金會」加入「國際工作組織」(Workability International, WI )等3個。

知名非政府間國際組織在台設立分支機構或秘書處計有15個，包括「亞太區貿易便捷化與電子商務理事會常設秘書處」、「亞洲信賴聯盟常設秘書處」、「國際佛光會中華總會」、「台灣世界展望會」、「台灣奧比斯防盲救盲基金會」、「國際志工協會國際資源中心」、「國際舞台美術家、劇場建築師暨劇場技術師協會(OISTAT)」秘書處、「亞洲太平洋自由民主秘書處」、「民主太平洋聯盟」、「慈濟慈善事業基金會」、「世界自由民主聯盟」、「台灣民主基金會」、「太平洋經濟合作理事會中華民國委員會」、「荒野保護協會」及「台灣透明組織」。

我國主動組成嗣申請加入INGO成為分會者，茲列舉較重要者如「國際獅子會三OO複合區台灣總會」、「國際青年商會中華民國總會」、「國際同濟會台灣總會」、「國際扶輪社中華民國總會」、「社團法人國際生命線台灣總會」、「國際新聞協會中華民國分會」、「中華民國基督教女青年協會」、「世界臨床雷射醫學會台灣分會」、「中華民國女童軍協會」、「中國童子軍協會」、「國際口足藝術協會台灣分會」、「國際民間藝術組織台灣分會」、「中華世界超宗派超國家協會」、「中華民國國民外交協會台南市會」、「中國國民外交協會」、「中華民國藝評人協會」等。
